To get your business sale ready, my three biggest tips are improving your systems as best as possible so that the business operates without you but also having a strategy in place that the next owner or a new manager can hire the right person as best as you could.  Lastly, have your financial data as clear as possible.  You’re not selling to your buyer, you’re selling to your buyer’s accountant and other advisors.
